The SL-5 garlic grading machine is a professional sorting device, popular among farmers and factories. But how does it sort garlic of different sizes?
Parameter description
Model: SL-5
Power: 1.1kw
Voltage: 380V
Capacity: 3-4t/h
Size: 8*1.4*0.8m
Sorting principle
The SL-5 garlic grading machine mainly relies on different-sized screens and a vibrating device to grade garlic. Garlic of the same size falls into one outlet. The whole machine can sort into 4 grades, and more grades can be customized if needed.
Garlic grading machine workflow
Loading
Place the harvested garlic evenly into the machine’s feed inlet. The machine removes surface impurities and loose soil through vibration.
Vibrating screening
Garlic moves through 4 layers of vibrating screens. Different mesh sizes accurately separate small, medium, and large garlic.
Classified output
Sorted garlic is guided to different outlets, divided into 4 grades by size.
Additional feature
360-degree swivel wheels make the machine easy to move.
