How Does the Onion Root Cutter Work?
The onion root cutter works by independently driving the top-cutting blade and the root-removing blade. When an onion enters the mold hole, the root is gently pressed and precisely removed by the root blade. At the same time, the top of the onion is cut by the top blade as it moves into position in the mold hole.
The root cutting depth and top cutting length can be adjusted according to processing requirements. The removed onion tops and roots fall into two separate discharge boxes for easy collection and further processing, enabling efficient and stable continuous operation.
